DESCRIPTION:
Cheese is one of the oldest foods known to mankind, and is plentiful where there are animals that graze. It was most likely discovered by pure accident by peasants who used to transport goats milk in skin sacks and it would occasionally curdle and separate. On tasting the curds, they found them good and it could keep to be stored, this was the beginning of cheese.
